Station X feeds bare CD's, sleeved CD's, DVD's, coins, diskettes, cards, booklets and other difficult inserts very accurately. Mounting on the front table of any Bell & Howell, Mailcrafter or Pitney Bowes swing arm inserter with electronic detection, you need only connect the actuator arm assembly, vacuum and detection signal to complete the installation.

Using inserter vacuum, pieces are pulled from the product feeder and dropped into the raceway. All inserter stations remain functional, and Station X operates over all inserter speeds.
